You can delete your RAAW account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.

How to delete your account

Email hello@raaw.app from a position where you can confirm your account (we may ask you to verify the phone number on the account). Use the subject line "Delete my RAAW account".

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

Logging out is not the same as deleting. Logging out just ends your session on this device; your account and content remain. Deletion permanently removes them.

What gets deleted

Your profile (username, bio).
Your drops — moods, thoughts, stories, polls, asks, vents — and any images you uploaded.
Your buddies, connections, and direct messages.
Your phone-to-account mapping used for contact discovery.
Your notification tokens and local preferences.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information where the law requires it, or to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our Terms — for example, records related to a safety or legal matter. Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.

This cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted, we cannot recover it, and you would need to create a new account to use RAAW again.
