Safety & Support

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112
(India's national emergency number) right now, or go to your nearest
hospital.
RAAW is a place to be honest about how you feel — including the hard days. But RAAW is not a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you're struggling, please reach out to one of the free, confidential helplines below.
Mental-health helplines in India
- Tele-MANAS (Government of India, 24×7) — 14416 or 1-800-891-4416
- KIRAN Mental Health Helpline (24×7) — 1800-599-0019
- Vandrevala Foundation (24×7) — 1860-2662-345 / 9999-666-555
