These Terms govern your use of RAAW, operated by an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("the operator"). By creating an account or using RAAW, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RAAW.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RAAW. By using RAAW, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone secure. Choose a username that does not impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights.

3. Acceptable use & Community Guidelines

RAAW is a space for honest, supportive expression. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, you must not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, explicit, spammy, deceptive, or that encourages self-harm or harm to others.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Guidelines, at our discretion.

4. Your content

You own the content you create on RAAW. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide RAAW (for example, showing your drop in feeds). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or for safety.

You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Not professional advice

RAAW is a social and emotional-expression app. It is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, or counselling service, and content on RAAW is not professional advice. If you are in distress or in danger, please see our Safety & Support page or contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

6. Moderation and safety

We use automated and manual moderation to keep RAAW safe. We may review, remove, or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the Guidelines, or the law. Reporting tools are provided in the app.

7. Service availability

RAAW is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAAW and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content posted by users, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using RAAW and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here. Continued use of RAAW after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
